ecoATM Gazelle

• Own day-to-day updates across Shopify sites for both ecoATM and Gazelle • Build and launch pages using PageFly (or another app of your choosing) • Translate Figma designs into live web experiences in our CMS (QA → production) • QA your own work to ensure accuracy, performance, and a seamless user experience • Troubleshoot issues independently and partner with engineering when needed • Create and iterate on landing pages for paid and organic campaigns across both brands • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns to life quickly • Continuously refine user flows to improve conversion and engagement • Develop wireframes for marketing campaigns • Build best practice playbook for UX optimized asset implementation • Support and grow into ownership of A/B testing using Optimizely • Partner with marketing and UX to develop hypotheses and test ideas • Set up, launch, and monitor experiments end-to-end • Analyze results and clearly communicate what worked, what didn’t, and why • Identify ongoing opportunities to improve conversion rate and site performance • Work closely with Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams, bridging communications as it relates to the sites • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure Google Analytics tracking and tagging are properly implemented • Help manage the process of pushing updates from QA to production smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing websites on Shopify
  • Experience with PageFly or similar page builders; leaning into AI site development tools
  • Strong ability to take designs (Figma specifically) and implement them accurately in a CMS
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, tagging, and tracking setup
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently
  • Familiarity and basic knowledge of Javascript and CSS.

What You Bring Required Qualifications - University degree in science, healthcare, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. - At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. - At least 2 years of people management experience. - At least 1-2 years of client management experience. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical services, specialty programs, or patient support operations. - Experience leading teams and managing program performance. - Strong business, financial, analytical, and operational management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with rare disease programs or specialty pharmaceutical programs. - Knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, risk management programs, Health Canada requirements, post-marketing studies, or clinical research. - Experience with proposal writing, pricing, contracting, and client presentations. - Bilingual French/English skills are considered an asset. Role Overview: As a VB Claims Manager, you will be assigned a caseload of VB claims that will consist of all VB products including Hospital Indemnity (HI), Accident (AI) & Critical Illness (CI).
