• The Engineer, Access Control Systems is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security access control systems across Colovore's data center sites and construction projects. • This role partners closely with Facilities, Construction, Operations, Engineering, IT, Network, Compliance and vendor teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable access control solutions. • The position combines system design, programming, installation, integration, and quality control in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

• Lead preconstruction efforts for new data center developments, expansions, and retrofits. • Manage the creation of project budgets, cost models, rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) estimates, and detailed take-offs. • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone plans, and procurement timelines. • Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering analyses, and risk assessments. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to refine scopes, align on design intent, and resolve technical questions. • Lead design review meetings, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and cost alignment. • Identify and prequalify contractors, consultants, and vendors for upcoming projects. • Coordinate bid processes, including issuing RFPs, analyzing proposals, and supporting contract award recommendations. • Own preconstruction cost planning, tracking, benchmarking, and estimating accuracy. • Prepare clear, executive-ready reports, summaries, and recommendations for leadership.

• Develop and manage comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules across MEP and IT systems • Define and oversee testing protocols, including factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated systems testing (IST) • Coordinate closely with contractors, OEM vendors, and third-party commissioning agents • Lead end-to-end testing of critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, life safety, and controls • Validate uptime and reliability standards (e.g., Tier III/Tier IV, where applicable) • Maintain all commissioning documentation, including test scripts, results, and issue logs • Track and manage deficiencies (punch list items) through resolution

The Procurement Programs Manager plays a strategic role in how the company sources, purchases, and delivers critical infrastructure and services. This role goes beyond day-to-day purchasing and focuses on building scalable, cost-effective, and risk-managed procurement programs that support the operation and expansion of large-scale, mission-critical facilities. You will lead procurement strategy across data center infrastructure, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and create standardized programs that drive cost discipline, supplier performance, and supply chain resilience as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management - Develop and manage vendor programs for critical infrastructure and equipment, including servers, networking hardware, liquid-cooling systems, generators, switchboards, transformers, UPS systems, chillers, hybrid coolers, IT “Pods”, Cabinets, and power distribution units. - Negotiate standardized master service agreements (MSAs), preferred vendor programs, and volume-based pricing structures. - Establish strategic warehousing and integrated supplier product management solutions. - Evaluate and manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery timelines, and sustainability metrics. Program Development & Standardization - Design procurement frameworks that scale across multiple data center sites (e.g., Santa Clara, Reno, Chicago, Austin). - Standardize purchasing processes including RFPs, competitive bidding, and contracting to ensure consistency and compliance. - Align procurement programs with corporate priorities such as cost control, uptime, ESG commitments, and regulatory compliance. - Leverage strategic advanced procurement strategies to maintain product availability across the development portfolio Cost Optimization & Budget Alignment - Partner with Finance to track spend versus budget and develop cost models for large-scale infrastructure projects. - Deliver accurate cash flow forecast for all procured equipment - Maintain delivery forecasting and milestones within an integrated master schedule. - Implement long-term sourcing strategies, including bulk purchasing, forward contracts, and commodity hedging (e.g., steel, copper). - Support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for major capital equipment and supplier decisions. • The Cost Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring financial discipline across Colovore’s data center development projects. • Responsible for cost planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage budgeting through construction and project closeout. • Partner closely with Construction, Finance, Procurement, and Development teams to provide accurate cost insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
