Role Description Profesional de soporte nivel 2 responsable de la atención, análisis y resolución de incidentes y problemas en ambientes productivos, garantizando la estabilidad y continuidad de las aplicaciones y servicios tecnológicos. - Diagnóstico de incidentes complejos. - Ejecutar análisis de causa raíz. - Documentación de soluciones. - Escalamiento adecuado a terceros o niveles superiores cuando se requiera. - Interacción con áreas técnicas y de negocio, comunicando información técnica de manera clara y eficaz. - Disponibilidad para turnos extendidos, guardias y esquemas on‑call, según las necesidades del servicio. - Modalidad remota. Qualifications - Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o carreras afines. Requirements - Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de equipo. - Enfoque en el análisis, diseño y soporte de soluciones basadas en tecnología. - Colaboración con equipos de desarrollo, QA, infraestructura y negocio. - Aplicación de buenas prácticas de ITIL y soporte productivo. - Contribución responsable y oportuna a la satisfacción del cliente. - Asegurar la resolución eficiente de incidentes, problemas y requerimientos técnicos.
