• Mapear processos manuais e repetitivos na área Comercial com potencial de automação; • Construir e manter fluxos no Microsoft Power Automate (integrações entre CRM, Teams, Outlook e SharePoint); • Desenvolver agentes e assistentes de IA com Claude e Copilot para apoiar o time em propostas, análise de documentos e comunicações; • Apoiar gestores com dashboards e relatórios automatizados de indicadores comerciais; • Documentar fluxos, agentes e prompts desenvolvidos, garantindo sustentação das soluções em produção; • Atuar como referência interna de boas práticas no uso de IA e automação; • Mentalidade digital, curiosidade por novas tecnologias e interesse em entender como a Inteligência Artificial pode transformar processos, experiências e resultados.
Job Requirements
- Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Sistemas de Informação, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prática com Microsoft Power Automate — fluxos com conectores do M365;
- Uso aplicado de IA generativa no trabalho (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot ou similares) — além do uso conversacional básico;
- Familiaridade com lógica de automação: condicionais, gatilhos, variáveis e tratamento de erros;
- Conhecimento ou interesse em tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial: ferramentas, aplicações e conceitos.
