• Elicit and validate requirements with business areas • Map processes for Planning, Targets & Funds, Forecast, and support the future activation of the Execution module • Translate business requirements into user stories and structured functional documentation • Support test cycles (UAT) and validation of configurations • Ensure alignment between local requests and the global template • Serve as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Experience with commercial processes or Trade Promotion
  • Experience in CRM or Salesforce projects (experience with CG Cloud is desirable)
  • Experience in functional documentation and process design
  • Advanced English for interaction with global teams
