Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required. - Minimum of 5 years as a TPM or Release Manager in a software engineering organization. - Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope management, timeline management, resource management, communication management, risk management, and stakeholder management. - Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and client/server architecture. - Deep expertise in managing complex programs using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, with a proven ability to manage dependencies in a scaled Agile environment. - Exceptional ability to distill complex technical development and release plans into clear, actionable updates for a variety of stakeholders, including engineering teams, senior and executive leadership, and clinical stakeholders among others. - Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc), specifically within regulated software environments.
