Sales Development Representative

Venn Telecom

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting of companies using multichannel cadences, including email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach; • Operate, monitor, and optimize prospecting sequences using the Ramper platform; • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and qualify profiles that fit the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile); • Develop personalized outreach based on market research, account context, and commercial intelligence; • Qualify leads according to criteria defined by the sales team and hand off opportunities to Account Executives; • Track and meet weekly and monthly targets related to meetings booked and generation of qualified opportunities; • Log, update, and maintain all sales interactions and activities in the CRM with organization, consistency, and operational discipline; • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine ICPs, messaging, cadences, and go-to-market strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound prospecting in a B2B context
  • Experience in technology, telecommunications, connectivity, or complex B2B solutions
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Ramper or similar solutions
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research, segmentation, and outreach to strategic accounts
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication with the ability to quickly generate interest and engagement
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, interpret data, and drive continuous improvements in sales processes and approaches
  • Resilience, persistence, and consistency in execution, maintaining high performance in the face of objections and recurring prospecting cycles
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus for working with and managing accounts in other LATAM countries.
