Role Description Opperate is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and expand our sales development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales development team, driving lead generation initiatives, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to scale our growth internationally. Responsibilities - Manage and mentor the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to consistently achieve and exceed lead generation targets. - Design and implement effective outbound and inbound sales strategies. - Analyze and optimize sales outreach processes and metrics. - Work closely with Marketing to refine lead qualification criteria and campaign strategies. - Recruit, train, and develop SDR team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Maintain accurate reporting within the CRM and sales tools to track KPIs and pipeline health. Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of sales development experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Experience managing sales teams in SaaS or technology companies. - Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement platforms. - Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Fluency in English is required. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to fuel our rapid expansion within the international SaaS market. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber SDRs and sales professionals. - Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements and team culture. - Maintain candidate pipelines and build strong relationships with potential candidates. - Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and social media to identify talent. - Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
