Change Management and Documentation - Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, configuration logs, data dictionaries, and post implementation guides. - Conduct training sessions for teams during deployments or when new functionality is rolled out. - Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation so the company is not dependent on a single individual for system knowledge. Cross Functional Support - Support Finance, Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and Project Delivery teams with reporting, dashboards, saved searches, and analytics. - Work with functional leaders to design scalable processes and system solutions that support a growing multi subsidiary organization. - Act as a neutral systems owner who balances requirements across teams and aligns system design with enterprise priorities.
