• Attend presales meetings with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to lead client requirement discussions from a Professional Services perspective. • Facilitate discovery sessions to collect key technical inputs such as API details, telephony information, and use case data to ensure accurate delivery planning. • Draft, refine, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment across project scope, timelines, and client expectations. • Manage the Pro-Serv quoting process, estimate service hours, and support internal resource planning using Cognigy’s tools. • Lead the handover process from presales to delivery teams, maintaining clear documentation and project details in Confluence. • Partner closely with Project Management, Solution Architecture, and Conversational Design teams to validate feasibility and ensure smooth execution. • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate risks across presales and delivery phases, while continuously contributing to operational improvement initiatives within Professional Services.
Job Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in AI technology, Professional Services, or consulting — ideally within Conversational AI or Contact Center industries.
- Proven track record managing and delivering enterprise projects, from scoping through implementation.
- Familiarity with Professional Services delivery roles (PM, SA, CD) and chatbot architecture, including APIs and integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple SOWs and quotes simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Fluent in German and English.

Business Systems and Applications Manager

Position Overview The Business Systems and Applications Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Terabase’s core business systems, with primary ownership of NetSuite today and growing responsibility for other platforms such as Journyx, Ramp, Cora, and our future WMS and MES once implemented. The role will manage all NetSuite and enterprise systems projects, coordinate closely with our implementation partners, and support future module and system rollouts. The position is anchored under Operations / IT, with clearly defined cross functional responsibilities and dotted line alignment to Accounting, Supply Chain / Procurement, and FP&A. The goal is to be a neutral systems owner who can balance requirements across teams and avoid being pulled into transactional work. Key Responsibilities NetSuite Administration - Serve as the day to day NetSuite administrator responsible for employee access and roles, configuration, workflows, scripts, permissions, records, saved searches, dashboards, and system optimization. - Maintain system accuracy through regular audits, cleanup, role reviews, and troubleshooting. - Manage release readiness for all NetSuite upgrades, new features, testing, and rollout. - Support end users with requests, troubleshooting, and training. Enterprise Systems and Integrations - Administer and support NetSuite and future systems such as WMS, MES, OCR tools, banking integrations, and expense platforms. - Manage and support integrations between NetSuite and other systems, such as Arena, Journyx, Jira, CORA and Ramp, ensuring accurate and timely data flow. - Document and review integration flows, data mappings, and dependencies across systems. - Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and streamline workflows across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Project Delivery. Change Management and Documentation - Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, configuration logs, data dictionaries, and post implementation guides. - Conduct training sessions for teams during deployments or when new functionality is rolled out. - Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation so the company is not dependent on a single individual for system knowledge.
