Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Management System Implementation Consultant. This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized, self-driven individual to work with our clients on implementation of new accounts, to help end-clients adapt their operations to our customer’s software platform. - Act as the Subject Matter expert on the customer software platform applications across multiple end-clients. - Train consultants in the best practice use and implementation methodology of the software platform. - Analyze and find solutions for escalated decisions, risks, issues and change requests during the day-to-day interactions with the client and project team. - Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of competence, skill, and customer focus of the software project team. - Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of value in the software applications to their business and profitability. - Mentor/Develop consultants to grow their skills with applying software applications in their specific end-client’s warehouse operations. - Ensure project teams follow the specific software implementation methodology to meet and exceed expectations of end-clients concerning functionality, timeline and budget. - Provide suggested improvement to the software implementation methodologies to improve impact on profitability. - Excellent requirements gathering skills to gather and interpret all necessary information including technical requirements for implementations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / logistics preferred. - Previous software implementation experience with WMS/WES/WCS or similar applications. - Previous consulting experience working with and leading customers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SmartSheets and Azure DevOps. - Keen attention to detail with strong follow through skills. - Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and to work autonomously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information in a timely manner, especially requirements gathering. - Ability to decipher application output error logs. - Knowledge to read and develop SQL is preferred. Requirements - This role is considered a remote position with extensive travels to end-client locations throughout North America. - Some weekend/night work required as needed. - Standing and walking for long periods of time. - Occasional climbing on steps, scaffolding, and/or mezzanines. - Sitting in and/or driving a vehicle for a long period of time. - Working with computers for a long period of time. - Working in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. - Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels. In this role, you will lead the consultative delivery, implementation, and deployment of Five9 and Verint WEM solutions, partnering closely with customers to deliver both technical and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: - Extensive experience implementing and consulting on Verint WEM solutions, with a strong focus on Quality Bot™ / AQM, Speech Analytics and Quality Management. - Proven ability to lead and deliver end-to-end Verint WEM engagements, from design through deployment. - Broad consulting experience advising customers on best practices for Verint AQM, Speech Analytics and Interactions - Deep understanding of Verint integration architecture includes the integration of QM data with Performance management and reporting. - Hands-on experience training customers across all aspects of Verint AQM, Quality Bot and Speech Analytics. - Ideally, exposure to additional Verint WEM applications, such as Performance Management, Text Analytics, and Workforce Management. Key Responsibilities: - Software delivery at an Application Consultant/Trainer level for our WEM Vendor suite of products including Quality Bot™ / AQM, Speech Analytics and Quality Monitoring. - Additional experience with Performance Managements would be useful. - Initially this role will have a focus on Speech Analytics and Quality Management.
