Sponsorship Data & Reporting Manager – Fixed Term Contract, 10-12 months

• Own end-to-end sponsorship reporting and performance analysis across global events • Deliver executive-level reporting including sales reporting, QBRs, dashboards and ad hoc analysis • Develop data-driven insights and performance comparisons using tools such as Power BI • Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve sponsor outcomes and revenue opportunities • Support financial month-end and reconciliation reporting alongside operations and client finance teams • Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, compliance and reporting accuracy • Own day-to-day CRM operations, maintenance and optimisation • Partner with client development teams and sponsorship teams to enhance CRM functionality and usability • Develop and maintain CRM standards, procedures and best practices • Collaborate with client measurement teams to ensure sponsor performance reporting is accurate and aligned to deliverables • Identify and lead automation opportunities across reporting, dashboards, inventory management and operational processes • Act as a central point of coordination for sponsorship data and reporting across stakeholders • Provide strategic guidance and reporting support to internal teams and client workstreams • Support scalable delivery models through process improvements and operational efficiencies • Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar data, reporting, CRM or sponsorship operations role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong general ICT capability
- Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or similar CRM/database systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Experience coordinating projects and working with external vendors
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working collaboratively across time zones and distributed teams

Role Description Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a results-driven Senior Performance Manager, Search (OSB) to own paid search strategy, execution, and optimization for the Online Sportsbook business. This role will be responsible for scaling high-intent customer acquisition while maintaining strong efficiency, quality, and compliance across live sportsbook jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is technically fluent in paid search, highly analytical, and comfortable managing performance in a fast-moving environment shaped by the sports calendar, promotional intensity, market launches, and customer demand shifts. This individual will partner closely with the Director of Search, agency partners, platform representatives, and cross-functional teams across Promotions, Trading, Product, Creative, Analytics, Compliance, and Finance.
