• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsor partners across a portfolio of global events • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organizations • Provide strategic and tactical guidance to partners regarding sponsorship execution and event participation • Communicate updates, risks and changes proactively to internal teams, clients and sponsors • Deliver a consistent white-glove experience across all interactions and touchpoints • Act as the voice of the sponsor internally, ensuring sponsor priorities and objectives are fully understood and delivered • Partner with internal sponsorship teams and client workstreams to execute sponsorship deliverables including booths, digital assets, content, demand generation and custom activations • Collaborate directly with clients onsite and support live event troubleshooting as required • Manage communication cadence with sponsors, ensuring agendas, action items and follow-ups are clearly documented and progressed • Track project timelines and proactively mitigate risks to ensure seamless delivery and sponsor satisfaction • Provide executive-level status updates and reporting to clients and stakeholders • Support Account Directors and Sales Leads in achieving retention and growth across key sponsor accounts • Mentor and support colleagues, promoting best practice in sponsorship delivery and project management • Share knowledge and contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement • Participate actively in client and agency account discussions, helping shape future sponsorship engagement strategies • Maintain strong knowledge of team systems, tools, resources and operational processes

• Own end-to-end sponsorship reporting and performance analysis across global events • Deliver executive-level reporting including sales reporting, QBRs, dashboards and ad hoc analysis • Develop data-driven insights and performance comparisons using tools such as Power BI • Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve sponsor outcomes and revenue opportunities • Support financial month-end and reconciliation reporting alongside operations and client finance teams • Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, compliance and reporting accuracy • Own day-to-day CRM operations, maintenance and optimisation • Partner with client development teams and sponsorship teams to enhance CRM functionality and usability • Develop and maintain CRM standards, procedures and best practices • Collaborate with client measurement teams to ensure sponsor performance reporting is accurate and aligned to deliverables • Identify and lead automation opportunities across reporting, dashboards, inventory management and operational processes • Act as a central point of coordination for sponsorship data and reporting across stakeholders • Provide strategic guidance and reporting support to internal teams and client workstreams • Support scalable delivery models through process improvements and operational efficiencies • Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams

What you'll be doing As Project Director, you’ll be accountable for the development and end-to-end delivery of some of our biggest events (5,000 – 13,000 attendees) with a focus on logistics and venue management. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the planning, project management, and onsite delivery of complex, large-scale events. - Acting as the day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships, and ensuring exceptional service. - Managing budgets of up to £15million, including forecasting, reporting, and driving value for money. - Overseeing logistics, production, creative, and technical workstreams to ensure a seamless experience. - Managing and mentoring project teams of 50+ people, ensuring clear ownership of tasks and accountability. - Developing project documentation such as setback schedules, trackers, and client handbooks. - Managing vendor relationships and ensuring a solution-oriented, one-team approach. - Leading onsite teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery. - Running post-project debriefs and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
