Role Description As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Director, Attendee Excellence & Event Technology to define and lead the future of attendee experience across our global client portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape one of the agency's most strategically important functions—bringing together attendee experience, event technology, registration, housing, customer service, sponsorship technology, attendee communications, websites and digital experiences into one connected ecosystem that sets a new benchmark for excellence. Working closely with our Sponsorship Leadership team, you'll ensure sponsor, exhibitor and partner experiences are seamlessly connected to the attendee journey through innovative technology, operational excellence and scalable digital solutions. Qualifications - Significant leadership experience across attendee management, event technology or event operations within a global events agency or corporate events environment. - Extensive experience delivering complex global event programmes. - Deep knowledge of registration, housing, event websites and attendee management platforms. - Experience integrating sponsorship, exhibitor or partner technologies into wider attendee platforms and digital experiences. - Experience working with technologies such as RainFocus, Cvent, Passkey and similar enterprise event platforms. - Strong understanding of UX, digital experiences, event communications and customer journeys. - Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions. - Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, forecasting and financial performance. - Excellent executive stakeholder management and client relationship skills. - Confidence translating complex data into strategic recommendations. - Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement and scalable delivery models. - An interest in AI, automation and emerging event technologies.
