• Design and develop network components, including planning and implementing new network features • Optimize existing components and ensure a stable and efficient network infrastructure • Troubleshoot network issues; analyze and resolve problems • Develop and implement automation solutions for network configurations and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible, GitLab, and Terraform • Improve monitoring to ensure effective network observability • Collaborate with other teams and departments to optimize the network infrastructure

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, providing technical support to end-users and other IT staff. • Develop and maintain documentation for network solutions, configurations, procedures, and policies. • Plan and execute network and virtualization projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. • Responsible for troubleshooting network incidents, providing root cause analysis and documenting information in ticketing system (ServiceNow) and knowledge repositories (MS SharePoint). • Willing to work nights for network Change Request (CR) implementations and be a part of the on-call rotation for any network incidents that may be escalated from the Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) for nights, weekends, and holidays. • Establish effective working relationships with industry vendors to ensure alignment of current and future set requirements.

• Report to the Messaging Value Stream Agile Master • Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services • Review internal and external operational processes in order to optimize repair efficiency • Identify improvement opportunities and follow up on the implementation of improvement actions • Be ready to lead the repair team squad by managing, steering, and coordinating team activities when required • Follow up on network and service availability and quality, performing proactive and reactive maintenance actions • Work closely with the Customer Care team to identify and resolve problems reported by customers • Perform incident management activities as well as planned works • Cooperate with vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure proper service delivery • Participate in the implementation of new services and network rollout projects, in collaboration with engineering teams • Take part in guard duty services

• Installs and maintains cloud-based applications, systems, or associated infrastructures. • Responsible for Deploying and Configuring Cloud Networking Components: Virtual networks Routing Tables/User Defined Routes Azure Firewall Load balancers Application Gateways IPSec VPN/ExpressRoute Azure Bastion Azure DNS/Private Resolver Network Watcher Azure Front Door Azure API Management Network Security Groups • Responsible for Network Administration using Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use of IaC tools Terraform, Bicep to deploy infrastructure changes Implement GitLab CI/CD pipelines for network changes • Troubleshooting, Support, Monitoring: Diagnose and resolve network issues in cloud environments. Provide support for connectivity problems, latency issues, and misconfigurations. Monitor network performance and availability using tools Azure Monitor, PRTG. Optimize network traffic by minimizing bottlenecks, reducing latency and ensuring optimal bandwidth utilization. • Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, security, application teams on new network integrations and automation. Document network designs, configurations using Visio, Lucidchart for consumption.
