• Administration, management, and level II support of OT network infrastructure systems globally • Develop technical relationships with key IT contacts and business unit contacts • Immediate involvement in global deployment of Claroty tool and supporting business operations
• Identify prospective customers and develop long-term relationships with new OEM customers in the Medical, Industrial and Automotive market segments. • Attract long-term strategic customers for Kimball Electronics (KEI) • Communicate the KE package of value (POV) and profile • Work independently and remote from Kimball Electronics facilities • Lead specific project or account teams (without direct reports) • Assume responsibility for existing prospective accounts • Identify a minimum of 2 new active accounts (prospects) per month • Complete 1 new approved strategy statement every other month • Complete 1 new plant visit every other month • Complete approximately 1 new RFQ per month
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that enable on-time delivery, quality performance, and cost/risk optimization • Lead supplier identification, qualification, and commercial negotiations • Provide supplier execution support to ensure supplier readiness and alignment to customer and regulatory requirements • Build strong working relationships and operating cadence with the current supply base, customer contacts, and internal partners (Engineering, Quality, Operations, Program Management, Global Supply Chain, Legal, Finance) • Assess and baseline current supplier landscape, risks (single-source, allocation, obsolescence, geopolitical), and performance (OTD, quality/DPPM, responsiveness, lead time) • Execute priority sourcing project actions (identify/shortlist suppliers, initiate qualification plans, and align supplier deliverables to near-term project milestones)
• Design and govern application and integration solutions for global manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise operations • Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with architecture standards • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions across ERP, MES, MDM, and custom platforms • Participate in deployment of SAP LeanIX as part of business transformation
• Lead compliance initiatives across global customer programs • Collect, review, and maintain supplier declarations for various regulations • Analyze technical statements and chemical reporting • Document due diligence for customer-specific programs • Coordinate risk mitigation strategies with suppliers and internal stakeholders • Prepare, review, and submit compliance declarations across multiple platforms • Support supplier outreach campaigns • Maintain and enhance compliance data across platforms
• Lead the development and execution of material strategies for cost, quality, and delivery performance • Collaborate with supply chain teams and remove roadblocks • Strengthen supplier/customer relationships • Drive process improvements across locations • Establish credibility and operating rhythm across sites • Launch process transformation efforts focusing on supply chain planning and supplier performance • Improve supply continuity and data precision • Support cost reduction efforts through negotiations
