• Own the day-to-day administration, governance, and user support for Webflow's enterprise AI tool stack. • Partner with the Senior AI Product Owner and stakeholders across the org to help gather workflows requirements. • Build and maintain frameworks, skills, and reusable patterns that scale AI adoption. • Support the Enterprise AI Ops team's agent development lifecycle by running intake reviews. • Lead enablement work across the company. • Act as the connective tissue between IT, Security, Finance, and the business for AI tooling decisions. • Surface patterns across incoming requests to help the team prioritize what to build next.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise generative AI tools (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or comparable).
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating them into actionable specs for engineering or ops teams.
- Experience building and running enablement programs, documentation, or training that drove measurable adoption of a new tool or workflow.

Acting as a Product Owner in an increasingly Agile organization, this individual will own and shape the product backlog, translating strategic business objectives into prioritized, high-impact solutions. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the Deltek business, the BSA will lead discovery and business process design efforts, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. Systems Planning, Integration & Deployment - Research SW products and lead vendor evaluation / selection processes for IT business applications through a formal methodology. - Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed IT systems to aid management in making implementation decisions. - Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and implementation of new IT business applications, and enhancements to existing business applications; primarily within the LTO platform. - Create use-case models, requirements specifications, and interface diagrams to provide direction to system programmers. - Lead business process design sessions for the purpose of enhancing business operations and information flow through IT systems. - Lead and execute system testing activities, including end-user acceptance testing, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support. - Lead training, communications and change management efforts for systems implementation projects. - Lead acquisition integration efforts to migrate data, systems, and business processes to Deltek’s Salesforce and Marketing platforms. SaaS/Software company experience preferred. - Consulting experience or background strongly preferred - High level of prior experience with Salesforce and billing systems implementations and operations is required.
