• Drive the marketplace strategy within defined existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams (i.e. Client Directors and Sales Specialists), technical leaders, and partner to identify growth opportunities for key LOB’s and develop comprehensive solutions that integrate partnership offerings across various practice groups. • Participate in regular strategy sessions with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in go-to-market strategies with your AWS Marketplace. Collaborate to develop and implement GTM plans that align with company objectives and annual goals, ensuring measurable outcomes. • Monitor and track key sales metrics (revenue, margin, number of offers & active ISVs, incentives) to ensure profitability and growth. • Create and distribute content for internal teams, customers, and partners/OEMs. This includes, but not limited to: Why AHEAD for AWS Marketplace decks, success stories, partner newsletters, tech updates etc. • Ensure effective enablement of sales and technical teams on both a national and regional level. • Utilize data to create heat maps of territories, identifying opportunities of focus and growth. • Play an active role in strategic deals to maximize profitability, focusing on both front-end and back-end incentives (rebates, incentives, etc.). • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams on top partner deals each quarter, ensuring proper reporting and hygiene to optimize rebates and margins. • Provide urgent support to sales teams (CDs, COSs, CSAs) when deal or partner assistance is required. Serve as the primary internal liaison for partner-related challenges, escalations, and requests. • Engage with the marketing team to ensure marketing development funds (MDFs) are utilized effectively for GTM strategies, particularly in underdeveloped territories.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in partner account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, GTM planning, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams both internally and within OEMs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Meets or exceeds established sales budget for systems and parts in the assigned territory Develops and implements a territory sales plan to effectively cover and contact all customers within the assigned territory. Travels to customer locations regularly and spends majority of time visiting customers. Ability to accurately forecast sales on a monthly basis using the Nordson CRM system Identifies opportunities and works with Field Service Technician to sell systems and parts for assigned customers. Identifies new applications, system upgrades and new customer needs and recommends best solution to improve customer operations. Maintains detailed knowledge of Nordson products, prices, policies, and procedures; knows which Nordson products can be most advantageously used with all applications. Works with Nordson Technical Services, Product Application Engineering, Industry Specialists and Account Manager to develop written quotes for customer when needed. Completes production line audits and application details (speeds, material, dispense rates, etc.) to allow for development of written customer quote. Advises and collaborates with Nordson colleagues on new markets, changes in existing markets, competitor activities (prices and product changes), and needs for new or redesigned Nordson hardware. Responsible for updating key customer information such as (contacts, sales visits, opportunities, emails, phone calls, quotes, etc.) in the Nordson CRM system on a daily basis.
