Role Description The Sr Client Executive (CE) must be strategic, proactive, agile, creative and confident in order to foster executive relationships. They are responsible for revenue growth, renewal motions and retention, and client relationship management for their assigned accounts. The CE cultivates relationships within their accounts to identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and generate demand for solutions that bring additional value to the client. Role Description The Senior IT Risk Manager reports to the head of IT Risk Management (ITRM) within the firm's Operational Risk Management (ORM) function. The mission of ORM is to support Voya leadership in risk-based decision making and to assist with the management of operational risks of the enterprise, through the application of a comprehensive framework, processes, and tools for identifying, measuring, and monitoring operational risks.
