Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of project/program management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex programs
- Strong business and product knowledge across multiple lines of business
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams

• You will be responsible for supporting internal voter turnout and persuasion programs to increase the impact and reputation of Movement Labs’ Core programs. • Your primary focus will be on efficient and excellent delivery of design, research, and campaign services. • Draft compelling and impactful messaging that align with voter turnout and persuasion program goals. • Take initiative in supporting experiment design, including drafting assets in collaboration with the Deputy Director and the Director of Program Management. • Support with election, voter turnout, and persuasion research on prospective internal campaigns as needed. • Collaborate with other departments to conduct full research as needed. • Follows project management workflows, reliably meeting deadlines and proactively highlighting blockers/obstacles. • Effectively communicates and collaborates across verticals within the Program team and across teams at Movement Labs as needed. • Manage Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad-based systems for project management and cross-team communications. • Support Deputy Director and Director of Program Management in developing documentation and automation to increase the efficiency of project management processes and improve the quality of voter outreach programs. • Support collaboration on program launches with Core Engagement Services team by contributing on interlock calls, learning new systems, and providing feedback on processes. • Support drafting program reports and experiment results decks, clearly conveying program details, RCT results, and drawing actionable insights. • Provide occasional project-management support of cross-functional team members during group projects.
