Job Description

Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst

Blattner

• Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control key processes that influence customer satisfaction and/or enhance and streamline organizational effectiveness • Aligns Blattner's business goals to be an industry leader by improving and implementing procedures and processes as directed by the Manager I, Continuous Improvement • Facilitate complex cross functional projects from conception to completion • Calculate potential and actual cost to be used in process improvement evaluations • Complete time studies on processes and methods to help achieve balance and flow • Define the business case for each initiative with input from stakeholders by identifying and gaining agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Training and Development or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of related experience, preferably in construction management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role
  • Technical writing experience and a Lean six sigma green belt certification preferred and or the ability to complete certification in the first year of employment
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Well organized and skilled at interpreting data, problem solving, and making solution-focused recommendations.
