Role Description - Own growth end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, reactivation, and reactivation-after-that. - Build the lifecycle program from scratch — missions, leaderboards, deposit and wager-based progression, VIP, win-back, and the stuff iGaming has known for twenty years and most crypto products still ignore. - Run promo and bonus mechanics with a real understanding of the economics — abuse vectors, churn curves, and how to design offers that don't get arbitraged into oblivion on day two. - Design and run the referral program: structure, recruit, attribute, and kill underperformers fast. - Own the growth dashboard end-to-end: events, cohorts, retention curves, LTV, CAC, payback, and the unglamorous data work that tells you what's actually happening. - Run a high cadence of experiments — small bets, fast feedback, kill what doesn't work. - Work directly with the founders on positioning, product surfaces that drive growth, and the line where marketing ends and product begins. Qualifications - Direct iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or prediction-market experience on the operator side. - Proven track record designing and running referral programs in crypto, gambling, or both. - Strong lifecycle and CRM skills — designing sequences, missions, bonus drops, retention loops, and reactivation campaigns. - Comfort with raw event data. You pull your own cohorts. - Strong written voice in the right register, with the ability to ghostwrite for founders and brand accounts without it sounding off. - High output, fast feedback loops, and a willingness to ship campaigns and kill them quickly without ego. - Comfort working in a small, async-first, docs-heavy startup with very little hand-holding. Requirements - Bonus points for direct experience at a crypto-native wagering product. - Existing referral and operator relationships in crypto or gambling you can bring with you on day one. - Solana ecosystem fluency and existing relationships in that orbit. - Comfort with on-chain attribution and wallet-level analytics. Benefits - Operators who treat growth as a portfolio of small bets, not big launches. - People who write fast, in the right voice, without committee. - People who are comfortable with degen audiences and degen UX. - People who have run acquisition where every dollar is tracked back to a wager. - Engineers-of-marketing — people who instrument first and opine second. - People with strong opinions who can defend tradeoffs clearly. Why this role is interesting - You'll own growth at a prediction-market product from day zero, with full surface area. - You'll have direct influence on the product, not just the funnel — the line between growth and product barely exists here. - You'll have real budget and real authority to deploy it. - You'll work directly with the founders on positioning and architecture while it still matters. - You'll get equity and the chance to help build one of the most interesting companies in prediction markets from an early stage. Compensation & Package - Competitive salary + equity.
