Associate Sales Representative – Oncology

Myriad Genetics

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned areas and strategic accounts. • Handle inbound inquiries, billing, order management, and support Field Sales and internal teams. • Manage key accounts, implement projects on optimization /retention, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Partner with strategic accounts to ensure education and positive experiences. • Participate in onboarding and service implementation. • Drive account growth through efficient workflows and process improvements. • Use data to improve processes and track progress. • Collaborate creatively to improve processes and drive growth. • Take initiative on projects, collaborate effectively, and mentor team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
  • 1+ years of sales support experience preferred; preferably in biotech, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent presentation, training, coaching, and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, coaching, advising, problem-solving, and facilitation.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable engaging customers remotely and in person.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy regulations preferred.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Myriad’s policy standards.
  • Ability to model and live corporate values and professional ethics.

Role Description The Qualtrics Federal sales team is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps across U.S. Federal organizations.
