• Serve as the primary strategic lead, moving beyond execution to act as a partner that drives the client's business forward with proactive ideas and growth strategies. • Lead all aspects of client communication and campaign onboarding, ensuring expectations are met and proactively identifying ways to support the client's business needs. • Deliver performance updates on a cadence aligned with client requirements. • Drive results for large-scale campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok, with additional management of LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other social channels as required by the client. • Coordinate with internal operations teams to prioritize tasks and maintain a high standard of execution accuracy across all accounts. • Use the Zeta Data Cloud to identify and implement sophisticated audience targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising.
  • Meta Expertise: Advanced, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is required.
  • Client-Facing Excellence: A proven track record of managing high-touch client relationships and thriving in a consultative, partner-based role.
  • Strategic Ability: Demonstrated success in translating complex business goals into actionable social media strategies and 'great ideas' that drive growth.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong experience with TikTok is highly preferred. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of media mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/technical implementations (CAPI), and budget management.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous quantitative skills and a high bar for quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
  • Education: BA/BS degree, including quantitative coursework (exceptions made for highly experienced candidates).
