• Build GenAI-powered solutions: Design, develop, and deploy scalable business workflows using GenAI client tools (e.g., Gemini Advanced, NotebookLM, Claude Enterprise) and integrate them with existing systems via APIs (Freshdesk, Google Workspace, Airtable, etc.). • Drive AI innovation: Evaluate and experiment with emerging GenAI technologies, stay ahead of industry trends, and pilot innovative solutions tailored for Soum’s marketplace. • Ensure scalability and reliability: Architect solutions that can handle high-volume, concurrent user interactions while maintaining low latency and excellent user experience. • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to identify opportunities for automation and deliver impactful, user-centric solutions. • Evangelize AI adoption: Share best practices, contribute to technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Bridge technical gaps: Integrate custom-built AI platforms with out-of-the-box GenAI tools, fostering democratization and ease of adoption across teams.
• Own end-to-end preparation for investor processes, including data rooms, pitch decks, financial models, teasers, and investment memos. • Build and maintain high-quality investor-facing materials with strong narrative clarity and attention to detail. • Develop and continuously update financial models used in investor discussions (three-statement models, DCF, scenario, and sensitivity analysis). • Project manage the fundraising process, including timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, investor CRM management, and follow-ups. • Support leadership in investor meetings, Q&A preparation, and post-meeting communication. • Own and manage the company’s financial model, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Partner with cross-functional teams to build bottom-up financial projections for new initiatives and business verticals. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the CFO, CEO, and board. • Track, analyze, and report key business and financial KPIs, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Support strategic initiatives through analysis such as market sizing, unit economics, competitor benchmarking, and business case modeling. • Drive cross-functional finance projects with clear workplans, ownership, and timelines. • Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, automate reporting, and improve the speed and quality of outputs.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support analytics, ML models, and business reporting. • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data is available, clean, and optimized for downstream use. • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation processes. • Work with cross-functional teams to design efficient ETL/ELT workflows using modern data tools. • Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, third-party tools) into centralized storage solutions (data lakes/warehouses). • Support cloud-based infrastructure for data storage and retrieval. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data pipelines to handle large-scale, real-time data flows. • Implement best practices for query optimization and cost-efficient data storage. • Ensure data is available and accessible for business-critical operations. • Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. • Document data workflows, schemas, and best practices. • Support a culture of data reliability, governance, and security.
• Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. • Own end-to-end campaign management, including digital prospecting, remarketing, and acquisition efforts. • Optimize performance across all paid, organic, and owned media channels to maximize return on Ad spending investment (ROAS) and lower CAC. • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and any other paid channels. • Implement full-funnel attribution modeling to track and optimize cross-channel performance, including web-to-app conversions. • Test, evaluate, and scale new acquisition channels (programmatic, influencer-led performance, affiliate, partnerships). • Partnered with creative teams to A/B test and iterate on ad creatives for maximum conversion impact. • Collaborate with data & tech teams to automate workflows, integrate new tools, and enhance customer segmentation. • Improve funnel conversion rates through data-driven optimizations and behavioural insights. • Analyze customer journeys, identify pain points, and deploy personalized retargeting strategies. • Implement incrementality testing to distinguish real performance uplift vs. cannibalization. • Drive CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) improvements through strategic retention-focused marketing.
• Identify and source new partnership opportunities with automotive partners (dealerships, fleets, rental companies). • Support the onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth activation on the platform. • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive retention and performance. • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Pricing, Marketing) to ensure partnership success. • Assist in negotiating partnership terms and commercial agreements. • Track partner performance and provide regular reporting on pipeline and supply contribution.
• Own the partnerships strategy for dealerships, fleet operators, and rental companies. • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic automotive partners to drive supply growth. • Lead negotiations, commercial structuring, and partnership agreements. • Manage key partner relationships and ensure long-term collaboration and performance. • Work closely with senior leadership to define partnership priorities and expansion plans. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams. • Monitor partnership KPIs, revenue impact, and supply contribution. • Represent the company externally in key industry and partner discussions.
