Role Description As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will deliver service excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting our client in advanced manufacturing across the Asia Pacific region. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring stakeholders, driving hiring outcomes while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to manage recruitment across multiple countries and functions, within a fast-paced and highly collaborative global environment. Work Setup: - China: Remote Language(s): - Ability to communicate effectively in English is required for day-to-day communication with stakeholders and candidates. - Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required, as the role involves supporting recruitment activities, stakeholder interactions, and candidate engagement in Mandarin-speaking markets within the Asia Pacific region. Work Hours: - Standard business hours, with flexibility required to support regional stakeholders across time zones. Qualifications - Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically gained over approximately 3 years or more, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes independently. - Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment. - Strong direct sourcing capability, with the ability to proactively identify and engage candidates. - Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, industrial) would be advantageous. - Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple locations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels. - Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms. Requirements - Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regional environments (preferred, not mandatory). - Background in agency recruitment or similar fast-paced environments (preferred, not mandatory). - Exposure to recruitment in China or Mandarin-speaking markets (preferred, not mandatory). - Familiarity with sourcing tools, digital recruitment platforms, or AI-enabled tools (preferred, not mandatory).
