Role Description Als Recruiting und People Experience Manager:in spielst du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, neue Talente für unser Team zu finden und zu begeistern. - Recruiting (85%) - Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess end-to-end und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung. - Steuerung des Recruiting-Prozesses – von der Schärfung des Profils bis zur Vertragsverhandlung. - Aufbau eines Talentpools: Identifikation und direkte Ansprache von PR- und Kommunikation Talenten über LinkedIn. - Führung von Erstinterviews zur Prüfung fachlicher Skills und der Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. - Kontinuierliches Hinterfragen und Weiterentwickeln des Recruiting-Setups. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und dem CEO zur Entwicklung eines klaren Anforderungsprofils. - People Experience (15%) - Zusammenarbeit mit der Head of People Experience & Development zur operativen Umsetzung von People-Themen. - Koordination und aktive Mitgestaltung des Onboardings neuer Teammitglieder. - Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Teamformaten und Culture-Initiativen. - Sicherstellung der Funktionalität der People-Prozesse im Alltag. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in fast-growing companies with 2+ years of team management experience. - Prior experience working as a technical recruiter. - Experience scaling organizations from 50 → 200 employees. - Strong operational excellence and ownership mentality to improve talent acquisition. - Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on involvement. - Experience in building talent acquisition processes. - Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. - Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. - Experience in remote or multi-country environments (SEA a plus).
