• Spend the majority of your time developing on the Salesforce platform, specializing in Apex (Triggers, Async, Frameworks), LWC/Aura, and complex Flows. • Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce security (Sharing/Visibility), Data Modeling, and design patterns. • Build and maintain high-performing Web Services (REST/SOAP) utilizing modern authentication and authorization patterns. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle by performing rigorous code reviews, managing GitHub PRs, and navigating CI/CD deployment processes (including merge conflict resolution). • Guide and support fellow team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth. • Actively participate in the SCRUM process—providing accurate story sizing, meeting deadlines, and escalating blockers proactively. • Expertly leverage the Developer Console, Workbench, and Debug Logs to analyze performance issues and squash bugs.

Position Description The Bridgenext Senior Salesforce Developer plays a critical role in the success of building custom Salesforce solutions. They are involved in all aspects of our Agile delivery methodology and are key to ensuring that our solutions meet clients’ business needs. Our development team understands where out of the box functionality ends, and custom development begins. They are curious, proactive and able to design features independently.
