Job Description
Full-stack developer (Salesforce integration)
Gratia
Role Description Gratia is expanding its elite delivery team to optimize and scale critical operational infrastructure for a high-profile US client. As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be taking ownership of an existing internal pricing application, transforming architectural blueprints into robust live features. You will not be building from scratch. Instead, you will dive into a single-developer codebase, map existing data structures, and execute complex schema migrations on a live system without disrupting upstream Salesforce data or downstream Kimball systems. What you’ll do - Partner directly with the original founding developer to co-maintain, optimize, and expand the existing web application. - Own the end-to-end execution of a major live data model migration, ensuring zero downtime or data corruption. - Maintain, troubleshoot, and build out robust integrations connecting upstream Salesforce data to downstream Kimball systems. - Multi-archetype data splitting, rewiring approval logic, implementing a new pricing mode, updating 6 lookup tables, and building corresponding UI updates. - Independently build out admin UIs, value levers, historical context trackers, and feature toggles. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience. - Expert-level proficiency with relational data modelling (SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL) with proven experience running live schema migrations. - Deep working knowledge of Salesforce API and PSA / billing tool integrations. - Demonstrated ability to join, respect, and rapidly navigate a single-developer, legacy codebase. - Bilingual English / Spanish fluency. Requirements - Starting at $30/hour. - Able to start 1 week from offer acceptance. - Work duration 6 months (extension possible). - Background check is required. - Flexible, with 4-6hrs overlap with US business hours required. Please share your typical working hours. - Independent consulting/freelancer contract with 20/hr per week requirement.
