Ensure the deployment of modern, cost-effective, and standardized tools and platforms that support both traditional data needs and emerging AI capabilities. 6. Lead the onboarding of Asia countries into new platforms, tools, and governance models. 7. Support local teams in identifying opportunities for AI adoption, resolving implementation challenges, and ensuring alignment with regional transformation goals. 8. Drive critical, time-sensitive transformation initiatives across Asia, including the integration of AI into business processes and digital channels. 9. Act as a change agent to embed a data centric culture across MetLife Asia. echnical Experience • 15+ years of experience in data-related roles, including technical leadership positions within complex, regulated environments. • Proven track record in planning, designing, and implementing data technology strategies across regional or global organizations, preferably in financial services, insurance, or technology consulting. • Deep expertise in cloud-based data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), including big data environments, ingestion and curation tools (Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake, BigQuery), and API development. • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (DMBOK, COBIT) and hands-on experience with leading tools such as Informatica Axon, EIC, PowerCenter, Data Quality , Collibra, BigID, MDM, and RDM. • Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, including productivity tools powered by AI and graph database technologies.
