• Monitorar, acompanhar e atualizar diariamente os chamados em atendimento. • Monitorar continuamente os grupos de WhatsApp dos clientes. • Garantir retorno inicial em até 15 minutos. • Identificar solicitações urgentes. • Direcionar corretamente as demandas aos coordenadores/analistas responsáveis. • Manter o cliente informado sobre o andamento dos atendimentos. • Registrar solicitações recebidas via WhatsApp quando necessário. • Efetuar o controle de férias dos colaboradores. • Realizar os agendamentos junto ao RH. • Organizar documentos administrativos. • Controlar agendas da equipe quando necessário. • Auxiliar no controle de treinamentos e certificações. • Consolidar horas trabalhadas e montar relatórios de faturamento. • Elaborar extratos detalhados dos atendimentos. • Organizar documentação dos clientes. • Acompanhamento de contratos. • Agendamento de reuniões.

• Actively work on the support queue, ensuring SLA compliance with a focus on productivity. • Investigate incidents in the Materials and Production modules, identifying whether the cause is a process error, configuration issue, or system failure. • Apply technical and functional solutions accurately, ensuring that fixes do not impact other routines. • Assist end users, understanding their pain points and providing clear guidance to prevent recurrence of issues. • Document applied solutions in detail to enrich our internal knowledge base.

• Provide L1/L2 support for the NFLegal product and its internal processes. • Prepare documentation for NFLegal processes. • Recommend product configurations based on client needs. • Grant user access. • Configure digital certificates and validate synchronization. • Monitor error logs. • Configure user menus. • Advise clients on their processes and suggest parameter settings in NFLegal. • Resolve SEFAZ rejections, especially rejection 656 - exceeded request limit.

• End-to-End Implementations: Perform full implementations of the NFLegal product in client environments. • Process Mapping: Understand, map, and define workflows related to invoice entries and all associated master data (Purchase Orders, Source Invoices, Allocations, Batches/Lots, TES, Payment Terms, etc.), covering manual entries and automations. • Technical Support and Infrastructure: Apply patches and updates in both Cloud and On-Premise environments. • Development and Adjustments: Compile routines and perform development/customizations of entry points (both NFLegal-specific and standard Protheus) using AdvPL and TLPP. • System Administration: Configure user access, profiles, and menus within Protheus. • Training: Deliver and conduct training for end users and project teams.

• Support the preparation of schedules, action plans, and status reports; • Monitor and track project deadlines, deliverables, and KPIs; • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and manage document control; • Assist with communication between teams; • Organize information within project management systems and tools. • Serve as the focal point for inquiries and administrative support

• Ensure correct information flow and integrations among the Protheus administrative, financial, tax, and accounting modules. • Actively participate in the monthly closing of modules, ensuring balance reconciliations and data integrity. • Support internal users in resolving operational issues and propose improvements to system processes. • Create and monitor management reports and administrative KPIs through the ERP.

🧭 What you will do • Develop routines in ADVPL/TLPP and PO-UI, including reports, triggers, and entry points in Logithink product development • Use object-oriented programming and MVC during development • Create new features or adapt existing ones as product improvements • Integrate Protheus with other tools via APIs • Perform testing on developments to ensure functionality within the standard TOTVS Protheus product • Prepare and guide corrective and maintenance activities for programs • Identify and fix bugs or functional issues • Provide user support for Logithink products • Participate in updating and maintaining Logithink products • Build reports for various business areas

• Gather, analyze and model business processes. • Create, design and maintain complex workflows within the Fluig platform. • Develop intelligent forms with validations, business rules and API consumption. • Build custom widgets and pages using web technologies. • Develop and maintain custom Datasets for integration and data queries with Protheus.
