Logithink

🧭 What you will do • Develop routines in ADVPL/TLPP and PO-UI, including reports, triggers, and entry points in Logithink product development • Use object-oriented programming and MVC during development • Create new features or adapt existing ones as product improvements • Integrate Protheus with other tools via APIs • Perform testing on developments to ensure functionality within the standard TOTVS Protheus product • Prepare and guide corrective and maintenance activities for programs • Identify and fix bugs or functional issues • Provide user support for Logithink products • Participate in updating and maintaining Logithink products • Build reports for various business areas

• Gather, analyze and model business processes. • Create, design and maintain complex workflows within the Fluig platform. • Develop intelligent forms with validations, business rules and API consumption. • Build custom widgets and pages using web technologies. • Develop and maintain custom Datasets for integration and data queries with Protheus.

• Actively work the support queue, ensuring SLAs are met with a focus on productivity • Investigate incidents in the Materials and Production modules, identifying whether the cause is a process error, configuration/parameterization issue, or system failure • Apply technical and functional solutions decisively, ensuring the fix does not impact other routines • Support end users, understanding their issues and providing clear guidance to prevent recurrence • Document applied solutions in detail to enrich our internal knowledge base
