We are expanding our Pricing Practice and are looking to hire a talented and experienced Pricing Consultant to support our dynamic and growing team. As a Pricing Consultant, you’ll work alongside a team of experts who have deep consulting, industry and technical experience, solving complex problems across various business domains. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including designing pricing strategies, managing stakeholders, analyzing pricing processes, and delivering quality solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to enhance both your technical and business expertise while making a direct impact on our clients’ financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead workshops to gather and evaluate business/functional requirements, documenting customer needs. - Demonstrate the Pricefx software, sharing best pricing practices in the context of client requirements. - Analyze client requirements and map them to Pricefx capabilities. - Produce high-quality business requirements documentation following Canidium and Pricefx methodologies. Often in the form of user stories. - Collaborate with project teams to implement solutions, delivering sustainable value to customers. - Conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions for client core teams and participate in additional knowledge transfer initiatives. - Identify and suggest improvements to internal tools, templates, and processes. - Contribute to corporate knowledge assets and continually develop your product and domain expertise. Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience in B2B pricing, finance, or a related domain. Pricefx preferred. - Proven experience in implementing applications within pricing, marketing, or related areas. - Expertise in delivering presentations to diverse organizational levels. - Strong team player with a passion for collaborative work in fast-paced environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Prior experience in customer-facing, consultative roles within enterprise software or professional technology consulting, particularly in industries like wholesale/distribution, high tech, industrial manufacturing, or chemicals/process industries. - Ability to assist in planning, prioritizing, and managing deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets. - Strong skills in business requirements gathering and documentation. - Previous functional lead experience on project teams is preferred. - Knowledge of JIRA,Agile methodology is a plus. - Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google applications.
