We are seeking an experienced Contingent Recruiter to manage both MSP operations and hands‑on recruitment, supporting high‑volume operational hiring within a highly regulated environment. While the primary focus of this role is contingent hiring for frontline operational roles, there may also be opportunities to support permanent and max‑term hiring depending on business demand and hiring volumes. This role suits an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating at pace while balancing governance, stakeholder management, and service delivery.
