Senior Staff Engineer – Senior Salesforce Developer

• Work closely with business and understand the requirement and conduct feasibility analysis of available solution approaches • Work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing • Perform code reviews and ensure team follows best practices and SFDC Coding Standards • Communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks • Coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities • Maintain high customer satisfaction through delivery of high-quality solutions • Design and mentor team in technical solutioning of business requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of around 8-10 years in Force.com platform with 4-6 end to end implementation projects experience
- Hands on experience in Salesforce OOB functionality and features like custom objects and fields, page layouts, Workflow & process builder
- Knowledge of Tools: Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, Bit-Bucket Version Control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce Developer certification (PD1 and PD2)
- Good to Have: Salesforce Sales cloud Consultant certification
- Knowledge of Service or any other Cloud

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including the design, implementation, deployment, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support of Salesforce software applications and tools. • Work with a wide variety of languages, engineering domains, tools, frameworks, and 3rd party integrations. • Collaborate closely with product management, UX design, and clinical operations to translate requirements into production-ready, highly maintainable, scalable solutions.
