Role Description Our client is a leading provider of background screening and business services solutions, helping organizations make informed hiring decisions through accurate and efficient screening processes. As the company continues to grow, they are expanding their Talent Acquisition team to support increasing hiring demands across the United States. They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with experience supporting the U.S. market and managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple positions simultaneously. The successful candidate will work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. - Fully remote position within LATAM. - Preferred candidates from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras. - Long-term contract. - Advanced English required. - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition. - Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market. - Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken. - Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. - Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Experience utilizing job boards and sourcing platforms. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams and U.S.-based stakeholders. • Architect and manage complex workflows in Jira, ensuring all sprints for SEO, Ads, and Web projects are properly scoped, assigned, and tracked. • Build and maintain automation snapshots, funnels, and communication triggers within GoHighLevel to ensure seamless lead attribution and management. • Conduct technical audits and quality assurance for: SEO: On-page structures, schema markup, and technical site health. • Tracking pixel implementation (GTM/Meta) and conversion API setups. • Deployment schedules for landing pages and integrated social campaigns. • Analyze team capacity to balance workloads across the creative and technical departments, preventing bottlenecks in the production pipeline. • Aggregate data from various channels to provide comprehensive performance reports, ensuring all campaigns meet KPIs. • Identify and mitigate "scope creep" by enforcing strict adherence to the project briefs and technical specifications.

• Manage the CEO's inbox: filter, prioritize, draft routine responses, and ensure timely follow-up on all pending communications. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and calendar events across multiple time zones. • Track and follow up on internal and external deliverables — clients, subcontractors, vendors, and partners. • Support invoicing operations: generate invoices, track payment statuses, and record transactions in the system. • Maintain and update GoHighLevel CRM records — contacts, pipelines, deals, and task assignments. • Prepare documents, decks, and basic reports as requested by the CEO or project team. • Research and compile information (vendors, pricing, tools, content) to support business decisions. • Coordinate routine client communications: confirmations, reminders, and status updates. • Support onboarding of new clients by organizing intake materials and scheduling kick-off touchpoints. • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks aligned with CEO priorities and business needs.

• Execute and optimize SEO and paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously. • Manage workflows, lead tracking, and campaign automations inside GoHighLevel CRM. • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to drive organic growth. • Implement and refine on-page SEO initiatives — meta optimization, internal linking, content structure. • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead quality. • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings and Local SEO strategies for Canadian markets. • Build and deliver clear, actionable KPI reports for internal team and client review (traffic, rankings, ROAS, CTR, conversions). • Implement and validate tracking setups: pixels, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion events. • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Stay current on SEO algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and emerging AEO/GEO best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Android applications using Kotlin and Android best practices • Build responsive and scalable mobile solutions focused on exceptional user experience • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Back-End teams throughout the development lifecycle • Implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces aligned with Android design guidelines • Integrate applications with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and backend services • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and compatibility across multiple Android devices and screen sizes • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or MVI • Create and maintain unit tests and contribute to automation testing efforts • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently • Contribute to CI/CD and continuous delivery practices • Stay current with emerging Android technologies, tools, and development trends.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. technology sector across IT staffing, nearshore teams, and custom software development services. • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot. • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. • Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to understand their needs and position tailored solutions. • Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline KPIs.

• Use modern tools and frameworks (REACT and Node.js) to architect and develop applications from the ground up • Build and maintain automated evaluation pipelines (evals) for agent and skill outputs • Define strict input/output contracts for MCP tools and agent skills using typed schemas • Own the prompt engineering lifecycle for assigned tools and skills • Contribute to the team's MCP tooling catalog

• Perform month-end variance and trend analysis for COGS components, with a strong focus on meat costs. • Support the Senior Analyst with financial model updates and ongoing analysis. • Assist with the budgeting process, including template preparation and coordination with stakeholders. • Provide business partnering support to internal teams. • Help maintain accuracy and insights across financial reporting processes.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including the design, implementation, deployment, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support of Salesforce software applications and tools. • Work with a wide variety of languages, engineering domains, tools, frameworks, and 3rd party integrations. • Collaborate closely with product management, UX design, and clinical operations to translate requirements into production-ready, highly maintainable, scalable solutions.
