The Job at a Glance As a Customer Partnerships Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing, remote, outbound sales team focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This role combines hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities, ensuring your team consistently exceeds performance goals. You will cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers, coach team members on outbound strategies, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy - Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 or more outbound sales representatives - Set clear performance goals and drive accountability through metrics and KPIs - Monitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent revenue growth Outbound Sales Execution - Oversee and participate in high-volume outbound calling efforts - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales solutions - Guide team in closing deals, negotiating pricing, and overcoming objections Business Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers nationwide - Drive new account acquisition through targeted prospecting and research - Expand existing accounts by identifying additional needs and opportunities Customer Engagement - Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalized interactions - Understand customer challenges and position tailored solutions - Educating clients on company capabilities, resources, and partnerships Operations & Collaboration - Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and maintain accurate reporting - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance service delivery - Train new and existing sales staff on outbound strategy and communicate best practices. - Analyze sales data to improve team performance and strategy To Land This Opportunity - 4 Year Degree Preferred or High School Diploma - 5+ years in sales management and business development - Proven experience leading outbound sales or call-driven environments - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Experience leading or mentoring a sales team - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Competitive, results-driven mindset with a passion to win - Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate others - Resilient and adaptable—thrives in a fast-paced sales environment - Proactive and detail-oriented with strong follow-through - Relationship-focused with a customer-first approach - This is a 100% remote position. - You live in one of these states: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, or Illinois At Encompass, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a commission, and bonus opportunity depending on the role.
