Job Description We're seeking an accomplished account / client engagement supervisor to be an integral part of our client services team. The Account Supervisor will manage the day-to-day workload associated with his/her accounts, demonstrating detail-oriented project oversight in line with client business and marketing strategy. In addition, the Account Supervisor will be client facing and must be able to facilitate professional interactions and communications with clients and the agency team. Experience with B2B healthcare campaigns targeting professionals and/or B2C campaigns targeting diverse multicultural audiences is a big plus. - Establish and clarify expected outcomes for assignments and the client relationship in general - Lead and manage the day-to-day client relationship and project related activities - Develop and provide expertise on the brand and industry - Work with strategic planning to develop plans, recommendations, and briefs - Work with other agency functions to develop multichannel, multidisciplinary plans and recommendations - Develop spending and budget recommendations - Develop scopes and outline pricing for assignments in line with budget - Brief creative and media teams on major new initiatives - Partner with project management to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining accountability to both client and agency outcomes - Review work and recommendations for completeness and accuracy - Help present work and recommendations to the client and secure client approvals - Manage and track monthly client spending in line with budget and work with accounting on preparation and delivery of company invoices - Champion new marketing solutions on behalf of brands to grow client and agency revenues Qualifications - 5+ years of agency account management experience - Healthcare/pharma experience preferred - Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns - Strong presentation and client communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously - Experience working within regulated marketing environments is preferred Additional Information - Hybrid work arrangement is preferred, with the ability to commute to the Irvine headquarters office three days per week. Fully remote U.S.-based candidates may also be considered for the right fit - Must be able to work Pacific Time (PST) hours
