Senior IT Project Manager

Role Description Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams and ensure predictable execution. - Facilitate and govern Agile ceremonies including: - Sprint Planning - Backlog Grooming / Refinement - Daily Standups - Sprint Reviews - Retrospectives - Ensure proper usage of: - Story point estimation - Sprint backlog management - Acceptance criteria - Definition of Done - Track and improve Agile delivery metrics such as: - Velocity - Sprint predictability - Burndown/Burnup - Delivery throughput Manage end-to-end project/program delivery lifecycle. - Drive planning, execution, governance, risk management, and reporting. - Manage RAID logs, delivery milestones, dependencies, and escalations. - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget. - Coordinate across business, engineering, QA, architecture, and external stakeholders. - Identify and manage dependencies across multiple teams and programs. - Drive alignment between business priorities and technical execution. - Facilitate cross-team coordination and resolution of blockers. - Provide delivery visibility and executive-level status reporting. - Work closely with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and product owners. - Conduct governance reviews and drive accountability across teams. - Improve Agile maturity and delivery practices across teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardization. - Coach teams on Agile best practices where required. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management. - Strong hands-on experience in Agile delivery execution. - Practical experience working in: - Scrum - Agile delivery models - Multi-team coordination - Strong understanding of: - Story point estimation - Sprint backlog management - Agile metrics - Dependency management - Experience managing enterprise-scale projects/programs. - Strong stakeholder management and governance experience. Requirements - SAFe experience/certification preferred. - PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred. - Experience using: - Jira - Confluence - Azure DevOps - Experience in hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall). - Exposure to enterprise IT, digital transformation, or platform modernization projects. Role Description You will be responsible for the management and delivery of industrial control and automation projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, financial targets, and Rockwell Automation standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. - Proficiency in written and spoken English.
