Role Description You will be responsible for the management and delivery of industrial control and automation projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, financial targets, and Rockwell Automation standards. You will lead the full project lifecycle, from post‑sales handover through commissioning and project closeout, serving as the primary owner of project execution, customer communication, and internal coordination across all involved functions. You will report to the SPS Regional Manager – Andean. Main Responsibilities - Lead control and automation projects from order receipt through project closeout. - Manage overall responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management of assigned projects. - Be a primary commercial and operational contact with the customer during project execution. - Manage the project handover from sales/Proposals, ensuring you clearly understand and communicate contractual scope, assumptions, risks, and deliverables. - Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans aligned with contractual commitments. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, panel builders, quality, HSE, and external partners. - Monitor project financials, including cost control, cash flow, invoicing milestones, and change management. - Manage project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation and recovery actions. - Manage change orders, claims, and scope variations with sales and commercial teams. - Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation project management processes, quality standards, and HSE requirements. - Lead kickoff meetings, customer progress reviews, and internal project governance meetings. - Ensure completion of FAT, SAT, commissioning, and final handover activities. - Prepare and maintain project status reports for customers and internal management. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. Requirements - 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects. - Experience managing projects involving PLC, DCS, HMI/SCADA, and industrial automation systems. - Experience with project management fundamentals, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. - Experience interpreting contracts, technical scopes, RFQs, and commercial terms. - Customer management. - Availability for travel and on‑site work, by the project. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Office 365, Teams); familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
