Role Description C2's client, a full-service marketing and advertising agency, seeks a part-time Graphic Designer to contribute to design and production across a portfolio of established brands. This is a flexible, ongoing engagement suited for a designer who can develop and execute work across a range of client accounts, contributing to both creative thinking and hands-on production. The role supports the creative team across digital, print, social, email, and web, with opportunities to contribute to brand identity and conceptual development within established creative direction. The Graphic Designer reports to the Creative Director and works within the agency's creative team to develop and execute design across client accounts. This role balances hands-on production with strong design judgment, translating brand strategy into clear, effective visual solutions while maintaining consistency across established brand systems. - Design print and traditional marketing materials including collateral, advertising, and campaign assets - Create digital assets for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Produce email marketing design assets aligned with client brand standards - Execute digital advertising creative across formats and placements - Support web and digital design needs, including creation and optimization of visual assets - Contribute to brand identity and conceptual development by translating ideas into cohesive visual solutions - Apply and maintain brand standards consistently across multiple client accounts - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure deliverables align with client goals, timelines, and brand guidelines - Produce accurate files, exports, sizing, and specifications, ensuring quality, consistency, and production readiness - Contribute to light video, motion, or multimedia asset development as needed Qualifications - 2+ years of professional graphic design experience across both print and digital formats - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator - Experience designing for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Experience with email marketing design, including familiarity with platforms such as Mailchimp - Working knowledge of web and digital design considerations, including asset optimization and responsive thinking - Strong foundation in typography, color, layout, and brand application - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and production accuracy - Clear communicator who takes direction and feedback constructively and collaborates effectively with team members - Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Requirements - Agency experience (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Nice to Have) - WordPress experience (Nice to Have) - Exposure to video, motion, or multimedia content development (Nice to Have) Benefits - C2 talent working 30+ hours/week for 30 consecutive business days are eligible for medical, dental, and optional vision insurance - Life insurance and PTO accrual - 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match available for enrollment after 90 days
