Account Executive
VSP Vision Care
• Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects • Exercise a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products, and marketing techniques to achieve market share growth objectives and operational goals • Develop a creative sales strategy to contact prospects to create opportunities to sell products and increase revenue • Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with customers and prospective customers • Represent the eyewear line of business to the customer base in all sales-oriented activities • Work independently, while leveraging appropriate partners, team, and colleagues to exceed quota targets while achieving balanced product line results • Apply innovative ideas, approaches, and all product solutions to customers’ business problems by understanding the customers’ business and their business requirements • Maintain current working knowledge of existing and new products and services, and other general information, to ensure accurate information is provided • Identify and communicate future customer requirements and feedback to the appropriate VSP divisions • Act as liaison between various VSP departments and customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met • Collaborate with marketing and product development to address customers’ needs and analyze market data • Utilize sales automation system to make inquiries, maintain records, and prepare reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Three plus years of sales experience, with demonstrated account management, servicing, negotiation, and established customer relationships
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/revenue goals with small to medium account responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record in developing business-to-business relationships
- Highly adaptable, positive, resilient, patient risk-taker who is open to new ideas
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve problems
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent sales opportunities
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
- Must travel more than 50% of the time

- Ability to achieve and maintain any applicable agent licensing requirements for any state(s) within the assigned sales territory

• Build and execute a detailed sales plan to consistently hit and exceed quotas • Prospect and sign auto dealerships at both the rooftop and dealer group level • Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through close • Spend the majority of your time in the field selling in person, with travel up to 75% • Conduct live demos of BizzyCar’s software and services, both in person and remotely (Zoom) • Develop long-term relationships through networking and proactive outreach • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer retention • Handle objections, negotiate agreements, and resolve issues professionally
• Responsible for securing and optimizing access for Neurocrine brands across assigned payer accounts, including National and Regional Managed Care Organizations, PBMs, and State Medicaid programs. • Builds and sustains strategic relationships that advance patient access, reimbursement, and utilization while optimizing gross-to-net performance, aligned with Neurocrine’s enterprise and brand objectives. • Applies deep expertise in the U.S. payer landscape, including formulary decision-making, reimbursement dynamics, and population health management. • Collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to design and execute access strategies that balance access, affordability, and financial sustainability. • Ensures all strategies are aligned with Neurocrine’s strategic priorities and executed in compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
