Allegion
• Build and grow relationships with owners, operators, and property management companies nationwide • Lead with product intelligence and industry knowledge in every conversation • Uncover true customer pain points through active listening and consultative selling • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term customer success • Contribute to refining and scaling Gatewise’s national sales strategy • Represent Gatewise and Allegion at select trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings (~20 travel days/year) – 20%
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 3-5 years of direct experience in the multifamily industry (property management, operations, supplier/vendor side, or related) is required
- Proven B2B sales success; SaaS/PropTech/Hardware experience a strong plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers
- A consultative sales approach rooted in curiosity and insight
- Proficiency with sales tools and workflows — comfortable using email, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement platforms to manage pipeline, track activity, and stay organized

• Build and execute a detailed sales plan to consistently hit and exceed quotas • Prospect and sign auto dealerships at both the rooftop and dealer group level • Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through close • Spend the majority of your time in the field selling in person, with travel up to 75% • Conduct live demos of BizzyCar’s software and services, both in person and remotely (Zoom) • Develop long-term relationships through networking and proactive outreach • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer retention • Handle objections, negotiate agreements, and resolve issues professionally

Enterprise Account Executive – Platform Risk Solutions

• Own a targeted prospect list across defined vertical of online platforms, marketplaces, and digital ecosystems. • Approach every account with depth and intention. Research each prospect’s business model, regulatory landscape, and risk exposure—engaging with informed perspectives, not generic outreach. • Build and execute multi-threaded outbound strategies that open and advance opportunities at the right organizational level. • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through contract execution, maintaining control and clarity throughout longer deal timelines. • Navigate enterprise leadership, procurement, legal review, and contract negotiations with confidence, partnering with LegitScript's legal and finance teams where needed. • Build consensus across economic buyers, technical evaluators, compliance leads, and executive sponsors with tailored value narratives. • Own the deal end to end. You are the client's primary point of contact through close. • Develop deep expertise in LegitScript’s PRS portfolio and the regulatory frameworks that define risk within the Platform Risk space. • Act as a strategic partner to prospects—helping them understand and quantify their risk exposure before positioning LegitScript as the solution. • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to develop customized solutions and keep deal momentum intact. • Represent the voice of the prospect internally. Surface product feedback and market signals to the right teams. • Maintain accurate, timely deal data in Salesforce and provide honest visibility into stage and deal risk. • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation targets, activity KPIs, and quarterly revenue goals.
