About the role As a Technical Setup Specialist, you will be the driving force behind a customer’s successful start with BizzyCar. You’ll manage the technical setup process, including running customer Kickoff calls and handling the initial technical/integration configuration process for new customers. The Technical Setup Specialist owns this critical enablement process to ensure that new customers are up and running efficiently within a timeline that ranges from a few days to up to three weeks. You’ll work closely with our new customers, members of the Customer Success team, DMS and Scheduling tool vendors, and Sales to ensure that every new customer’s BizzyCar setup and technical integration is accurately configured, integrated, and verified for go-live. What you'll do Serve as the primary, initial point of contact during the setup phase for new customers Facilitate the initial customer Kickoff call and own all follow ups to continue the setup process Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations Troubleshoot any initial scheduling errors Update configurations Process historical data via BizzyCar’s back-end, The Hive Schedule test appointments and facilitate pre-launch checks Launch rooftops to allow for BizzyCar outreach to begin Maintain clear, proactive communication with new customers on timelines, deliverables, and next steps throughout the setup process Document setup procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks. Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-setup, including a detailed configuration summary Qualifications Compensation Base salary: $65,000–$70,000 Target bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity in addition to base pay Why You'll Love This Role You own the customer’s first impression. • Execute BizzyCar’s sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. • Lead, train, and mentor Account Executives through daily coaching, pipeline management, and deal strategy sessions. • Partner directly with AEs on discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing execution. • Conduct regular team and individual training sessions focused on objection handling, storytelling, and value-based selling. • Build a culture of continuous learning, performance improvement, and measurable growth. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey. • Maintain strong forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and data-driven reporting. • Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze funnel metrics and drive process optimization. • Leverage sales enablement tools to increase productivity, insight, and conversion. • Represent BizzyCar at key automotive and SaaS industry events, building relationships with executives and partners.
• Own delivery and execution • Lead delivery across data initiatives, ensuring roadmaps are executed on time, at high quality, and aligned to business goals • Lead and grow the data organization • Manage and mentor data analysts and data engineers • Set technical direction and raise the bar for analytics, data modeling, and insights • Turn data into decisions • Drive advanced analysis using Python and SQL to uncover trends and influence product, customer experience, and strategy • Build and scale data infrastructure • Own data pipelines and analytics architecture using dbt and Amazon Redshift • Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability as the company grows • Ensure data trust and quality • Define and enforce data quality, validation, and governance standards • Build confidence in analytics and reporting across the organization • Partner cross-functionally • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering to align data efforts with real business needs • Set culture and best practices • Promote modern data engineering practices • Foster a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and innovation
