Requirements - PMP certification is a plus. - Experience managing launches and/or flag transitions of hotels or large scale STR operations. - Experience managing significant construction or renovation projects in multifamily housing or hospitality. - Experience managing project executions in fast-paced, ambiguous organizations. - Comfortable traveling to property sites during launch.
