• Manage the full project lifecycle, from inclusion in the portfolio to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, scope, quality and risk management. • Consolidate and monitor KPIs, dashboards and management reports to support decision-making. • Work with agile and traditional methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, alignments and tracking deliveries. • Serve as a liaison with clients, sponsors, technical teams and strategic stakeholders. • Support the definition of roadmaps, OKRs and strategic planning for the Projects area. • Ensure contractual, technical, regulatory and commercial compliance of deliverables. • Support transformation processes, structuring and strengthening project governance. • Lead meetings with clients, internal and external teams. • Be available for domestic and international travel. • Facilitate ceremonies related to project management.
