Launch Project Manager

Role Description Kasa is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our most complex new property launches. This role will manage the planning, coordination, and resource allocation for some of Kasa's most unique and important properties, managing complexities including: - Takeovers & transitions - Renovations & custom design - Integrating with new build construction timelines Across all projects, you will coordinate the activities of a broad mix of teammates from various organizations to ensure that our highest priority new building launches deliver on time, on budget, and generate a great outcome for Kasa’s guests, property partners, and employees! Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience, ideally in a Hospitality, Construction or Real Estate setting. - Understanding of key stakeholders in institutional real estate and/or hotels. - Experience planning and managing complex initiatives that achieve business goals. - Experience working in a remote setting using video and web-based project management tools. - High level of independence and ability to drive thoughtful decisions in fast-paced environments. - Obsessive about clear documentation of learnings. - Ability to communicate with clarity and empathy. - Passion for the real estate, tech, and hospitality industry. Requirements - PMP certification is a plus. - Experience managing launches and/or flag transitions of hotels or large scale STR operations. - Experience managing significant construction or renovation projects in multifamily housing or hospitality. - Experience managing project executions in fast-paced, ambiguous organizations. - Comfortable traveling to property sites during launch.
