• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage changes as required • Establish and enforce safety requirements to ensure compliance with industry and Company standards • Lead the project in scheduling, budget and document management from Contract to Completion • Track and report on project results and metrics • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence • Manage and mentor project support positions such as project superintendents and administration as determined by the project requirements • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes • Understand the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project team meetings • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices and company risk thresholds • Manage project issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years construction related experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Technically competent with MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point and Project Management Software
  • Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of safety field concepts, practices and procedures
  • Well organized with excellent customer service skills
  • Skilled at negotiation with customers and vendors/subcontractors
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Experience at directing the work of others to ensure project completion and success
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Able and willing to travel as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License
