• Lead the design and development of AI-driven tools optimized for deployment across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. • Design, create and deploy applications for internal and external use. • Build products that ensure operational discipline and robust governance across diverse cloud ecosystems. • Develop end-to-end applications where the frontend serves as a real-time Decision Support Interface and the backend functions as a high-concurrency engine. • Design asynchronous APIs capable of handling live, multi-modal data ingestion from diverse sources. • Architect complex system states where variables are collected, analyzed, and orchestrated in real-time to drive predictive outcomes. • Ensure seamless application performance and portability across a multi-cloud landscape.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in full-stack development, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML integration.
  • Proven success building and deploying applications in secure, multi-tenant cloud environments.
  • Experience designing unified data stacks that synchronize real-world human interactions with virtual system states in real-time.
  • A track record of developing autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI to orchestrate complex, multi-step workflows.
  • Experience building pipelines for diverse data types (text, telemetry, and unstructured audio) to drive real-time system updates.
  • Proficiency in designing agent-based models and utilizing Reinforcement Learning to simulate complex decision-making cycles.
  • Deep LLM & Vector expertise, leveraging LLMs for dynamic content generation and utilizing vector databases to manage contextual memory.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter, managing technical debt and architectural trade-offs independently.
  • Experience navigating the technical and security constraints of government or heavily regulated industries.

Role Description Apartment List is seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Architect to design, improve, modernize, and scale our quote-to-cash systems and processes. We’re looking for a creative problem-solver with experience applying best practices to custom solutions and data models within a Salesforce and NetSuite system for accounting and billing operations. The candidate will partner closely with GTM, Data, Finance Revenue and Billing Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes and scale with the company. This is a highly hands-on technical leadership and management role . The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can lead complex cross-functional initiatives, influence technical direction, mentor and elevate other team members, and still contribute directly to architecture, systems design, and implementation work. What You’ll Do - Drive process efficiency and data quality improvements across the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. - Systems design and implementation of pricing and billing architecture and logic across multiple business revenue systems with the goal of having clear data governance. - Designing systems controls and automation that oversee governance and owning the platforms around ongoing reconciliation and audits (Salesforce vs. NetSuite vs. internally developed applications). - Experience with custom pricing and billing models and quote-to-cash workflows. - Collaboration on Quote-to-Cash Business process re-engineering in partnership with GTM, Finance and Engineering. - Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite and integration platforms such as Celigo. - Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Lightning Flow, Apex, and Salesforce APIs as well as any configurations within NetSuite. - Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions, with a focus on long-term maintainability and scalability. - Partner with stakeholders across GTM to deliver high-impact projects in revenue operations, analytics, and process automation. - Lead implementation of advanced automation beyond declarative tooling (triggers, async processing, platform events). - Establish and uphold engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, documentation). - Manage a team to drive execution and elevate overall Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal revenue systems engineering maturity.
