Role Description The Project Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting project financial performance across government contracts. This position supports project managers, business operations, finance, and executive leadership by providing accurate cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and contract financial analysis. The Project Control Analyst ensures project costs are recorded, tracked, and reported in accordance with company policies, customer requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and applicable contract terms. Role Description As the federal IT Business Development & Capture Manager, you will support STI federal’s short- and long-term positioning in the federal marketplace for IT professional services within target agencies. You’ll focus on building strategic relationships, driving growth, and achieving revenue goals. In this role, you’ll further our mission by leveraging existing contacts, cultivating new ones, and using a limited portfolio of past performance in IT professional services to develop new opportunities—to include 8(a) sole source awards, set-aside competitive contracts, and subcontracting efforts.
