Job Requirements
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in human resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Operational fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated understanding of the cultural context and history of Indigenous communities
- Strong understanding of employment standards legislation and human rights obligations across Canada
