People Analytics Analyst – Mid-level

• Act as the People Analytics Data Steward, ensuring governance, quality, and consistency of people data • Actively participate in the deployment of the data environment (Databricks / HR Data Mesh), supporting the definition of rules, structures, and integrations • Map, document, and standardize HR data sources (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruitment, etc.) • Define and monitor data quality rules (completeness, consistency, uniqueness, integrity) • Serve as an interface between the business (HR) and technical teams (Data/IT), translating needs into data requirements • Develop and maintain data automations and integrations between systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.) • Ensure proper data modeling and availability for analysis and reporting • Support the development and evolution of People Analytics metrics and analytical datasets • Manage access controls, the data dictionary, and governance best practices • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the data environment after deployment

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in People Analytics, HR data, or related areas
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data governance
  • Experience with data integration between systems (ETL/ELT)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with data platforms (preferably Databricks, or similar platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Familiarity with HR data structures (employee records, payroll, positions, movements, etc.)
  • Experience with data quality and building validation rules
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Data Mesh, modern data architectures, or data engineering
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Python or another language for data manipulation
