Role Description Woolpert is hiring an Aviation Planner/Sales Support to join our dynamic Aviation team in Florida. This position may be based remotely anywhere in the state of Florida. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join Woolpert’s Aviation Planning Team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of aviation planning projects focused on the Florida market, with occasional support to the National market. - Serve as an aviation planner and collaborate closely with project managers to help clients implement programmatic solutions for: - Airport master plans - Airport layout plans (ALP) - Site and facility plans - Statewide aviation planning initiatives - AAM infrastructure strategic planning and integration - Collaborate with aviation planning project managers, senior planners, FAA and State DOT representatives, airport sponsors, and multidisciplinary technical teams. - Support regional program directors with identifying leads and bringing in sales, responding to RFP/RFQs to develop winning proposals. - Facilitate relationship building through onsite visits or attending industry conferences.
